Naz Randeria is the founder and Managing Director of Reliance Auditing Services.
Naz has more than 25 years’ experience in the audit and accounting profession, having worked for one of the largest accounting firms in the world prior to establishing Reliance Auditing Services over a decade ago.
She believes that the fundamental key to an auditors’ success is their reputation for objectivity. Reliance Auditing Services is a completely independent firm, where clients can engage a team of qualified professionals to promote compliance alongside growth.
Naz is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with clients, professional colleagues and the wider public as a guest speaker at various seminars and presentations.
She is an active member of the SMSF Auditors Professional Association Stakeholder Group, whose purpose is to maximise the effectiveness of the SMSF Auditor function and the role it plays in the operation and regulation of the SMSF sector.

- Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
- Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accounting and Finance)
